Delivery times

Orders are delivered in an estimated 8–15 business days from the date you place your order. This estimate includes preparing your order and shipping it. Weekends and public holidays are not counted.

During busy periods such as the Christmas season, carriers can experience delays. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Free shipping applies to qualifying offers as shown on the product page.

Where we ship

The countries we ship to are listed at checkout. If your country isn't available, contact us and we'll see what we can do.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped within the European Union have no customs duties. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties or taxes may be charged by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible – we can update the address only before the order ships. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, email us at sniflebudy@gmail.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier. Orders with shipping protection that are confirmed lost in transit will be replaced or refunded.
