Questions, answered
What tissues does it take?
Any standard flat (travel or pocket-size) tissue pack. Slide it in through the opening underneath and pull the first tissue through.
How big is it?
About 30 cm long and 14 cm wide (11.8 × 5.5 in).
Is it soft or firm?
Completely soft – it's a plush, so it's safe to squeeze, hug and throw at whoever sneezes loudest.
Is it a good gift?
It's made for gifting: Secret Santa, white elephant swaps, stocking stuffers or anyone who needs a laugh.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery takes 8–15 business days from your order, not counting weekends or public holidays. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
What's your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery, bundles included. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can help.
Does it make a sound?
No. There are no built-in sounds – the effects in our videos are just for fun.
How do I clean it?
Spot clean with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, then let it air dry.
